your story matters
I have always been drawn to people’s stories and the ways our experiences shape who we become. At the heart of my work is a deep belief that every person’s life and story matter. This belief is what led me to the field of counseling.
Many of the people I work with come in feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or exhausted from carrying things on their own for too long. It is a true privilege to sit with individuals during some of the most difficult and painful seasons of life. My hope is to create a space where you feel genuinely seen, known, and valued. Through curiosity, compassion, and genuine connection, we can explore your story together, begin healing deep wounds, and move toward greater wholeness and freedom.
I work with individuals navigating a variety of issues with my primary focus in anxiety, OCD, relational challenges, and life transitions. My approach to therapy is collaborative and integrative, drawing from evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Exposure and Response Prevention.
I’m passionate about helping people make sense of their stories, heal from what has wounded them, and move toward a life that feels more whole and meaningful. Above all, I believe therapy works best when you feel safe, understood, and genuinely supported in the process.
Outside the therapy room, I’m usually enjoying live music, cheering for my favorite teams, or getting outside whenever I can.
